DAF Academy Refunds & Payment Policy
This policy sets forth DAF Academy’s terms for enrollment, payment plans, cancellations, and refunds. By enrolling in DAF Academy’s programs, students agree to the terms below, fostering a fair and trust-based educational experience.
1. Registration and Payment Structure
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your spot in the course. This fee helps cover administrative and preparatory costs.
- Split Payment Option:
- An initial payment installment is required upon the start of the course.
- A subsequent payment is due 30 days after the course begins.
- Commitment and Trust: Our split payment plan is based on mutual trust. Students are expected to complete each installment on time. DAF Academy reserves the right to reassess enrollment status in cases of missed payments.
2. Cancellations & Refunds Before Course Start
- Cancellations 48 Hours Before Start: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the course start date are eligible for a refund of the course fee, minus the non-refundable registration fee.
- Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If a cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the course start, no refunds are provided.
3. Course Start Conditions and Enrollment Requirements
- Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Each course requires a minimum of 10 students to begin. If the course cannot meet this requirement within 2 weeks of the scheduled start date, DAF Academy will provide a full refund, including the registration fee.
- Delayed Course Start: In the event of a delay exceeding 2 weeks, students may either opt for a refund or choose to remain enrolled until the course commences.
4. Refund Policy for Course Discontinuation
- No Refunds Post-Start: Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be provided in cases where a student discontinues the course. Fees are allocated to fixed resources and academic arrangements for each enrolled student.
- Re-Enrollment in Future Batches: Students who discontinue may request re-enrollment in a future batch by paying 50% of the remaining course fee. Approval of re-enrollment requests is subject to the academy’s discretion.
5. Support for Course Adjustments & Mentor Changes
- Flexible Course Adjustments: DAF Academy strives to accommodate student needs, including schedule adjustments and course support.
- Mentor Change Requests: Requests to change mentors will be evaluated, and changes made if it aligns with the student’s learning needs.
6. Student Conduct Expectations
- Professional Behavior: All students are expected to maintain professionalism in both online and offline environments. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated and may lead to course dismissal without a refund.
- DAF Academy’s Right to Disciplinary Action: Actions that disrupt the learning environment or violate conduct expectations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the course.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
- Safe Learning Environment: DAF Academy prioritizes a secure and inclusive learning environment.
- Student Data Confidentiality: All student data is confidential and used strictly for academic purposes, in compliance with data protection laws.
8. Limitations of Liability and Other Conditions
- Course Cancellations: In rare cases where DAF Academy must cancel or postpone a course, students will be notified and given alternative options or refunded as appropriate.
- Limitation of Liability: DAF Academy does not guarantee specific career outcomes as a result of course completion.
Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in any DAF Academy course, students agree to abide by all terms outlined in this policy, promoting a professional and cooperative learning environment.
