One Person Per Batch Free Course Offer

1. Attendance Requirement: Attendance will be tracked through the official learning platform or trainer logs. Students must not take more than two (2) consecutive leaves during the batch. Exceeding this will make them ineligible for the offer.
2. Timely Payment: Students opting for the split payment option must pay their dues on time. A one (1) day grace period is allowed only once per course. Any further delay leads to disqualification.
3. Active Participation: Students must attend at least 90% of sessions and complete at least 90% of class activities such as assignments, quizzes, and projects.
4. Completion of Assignments: All assignments must be submitted on time. Failure to submit more than two (2) assignments results in disqualification.
5. Adherence to Course Guidelines: Students must follow all course and trainer instructions. Non-compliance may result in removal from the offer.
6. Behavior and Professionalism: Professional conduct is mandatory. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior results in immediate disqualification.
7. Course Completion: Students must complete the course in full without dropping out or missing critical milestones.
8. Schedule Adjustments: If the batch schedule is modified or extended by DAF Academy, eligibility will be recalculated based on the updated schedule.
9. End-of-Course Survey: Participation in the end-of-course feedback survey is mandatory for eligibility.
10. Non-transferable Offer: This offer cannot be transferred or shared with any other individual.
11. No Re-enrollment: Students who have participated in similar free course offers within the last 12 months are not eligible again.
12. Professional Development Activity: Students must participate in at least one (1) professional development activity (mock interview, resume review, etc.) during the course.
13. Confidentiality: Students must not share, copy, or distribute any course materials or content without written permission from DAF Academy.
14. Integrity During Assessments: Cheating, plagiarism, or any dishonest conduct during assessments will result in immediate disqualification.
15. Emergency Absence Policy: In case of emergencies (medical or technical), students must notify DAF Academy within 48 hours. Consideration is subject to management approval.
16. Fraud & Misrepresentation: Any false information, duplicate registration, or fraudulent activity leads to permanent disqualification from all offers.
17. Eligibility for Other Offers: Students who win or receive a free course cannot participate in other free or discounted offers within the same year.
18. Completion Certificate: Students must earn the official course completion certificate to validate participation and eligibility.
19. Right to Modify or Cancel: DAF Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
20. Final Decision: All decisions made by DAF Academy’s management regarding eligibility and selection are final and binding.

Final Winner Selection Process

Shortlisting: At the end of the batch, 2–3 students who fully meet all the above criteria will be shortlisted based on attendance, participation, and performance.

Random Selection: From the shortlisted candidates, one winner will be selected through a transparent randomization process (e.g., a live draw or digital randomizer tool). The process may be recorded or conducted publicly for transparency.
