📜 DAF Academy - Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Eligibility Criteria

• Open to College Students, Career Counselors, and IT Professionals.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• A registered mobile number with DAF Academy is required.
• DAF Academy employees & family are not eligible.

2️⃣ How the Referral Program Works

• Enroll in the affiliate program using your registered mobile number.
• Share DAF Academy’s courses with friends and colleagues.
• Your friend must provide your mobile number while enrolling.
• Rewards are credited after the referred student completes their course.

3️⃣ Referral Rewards & Payouts

• ₹5,000 per successful referral (first 3 per month).
• ₹6,000 per referral from the 4th to the 10th referral.
• Payouts are sent within 30 days after course completion.

4️⃣ Rules & Restrictions

• ❌ No unique referral links – Only mobile number-based referrals
• ❌ One Phone Number = One Referrer.
• ❌ No Self-Referrals.
• ❌ No Fake Enrollments.
• ❌ No Brand Misuse or False Claims.

5️⃣ Program Fairness & Ethical Conduct

• 🔹 Fraudulent activity leads to disqualification.
• 🔹 Fake enrollments = No rewards.
• 🔹 Spamming or misleading promotion is prohibited.

6️⃣ Privacy & Data Protection

• 📌 All personal data remains confidential.
• 📌 DAF Academy does not sell or share participant information.
• 📌 By participating, you agree to receive program updates.

7️⃣ Modification or Termination

DAF Academy reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
